I thought I would send this email to let you know how pleased we both were with the wedding cake. When we arrived at the venue we were amazed at how wonderful the cake looked. It was better than I ever imagined. When I began planning my wedding I knew I didn't want a traditional wedding cake but something that my guest would talk about forever and you certainly exceeded all expectations. I can not praise your professionalism enough, from the initial phone call to all the emails & samples you sent, to the setting up of the cake. You made life so easy for me. At the end of the evening most of the cake had been taken by the guests and the next day phone calls came in asking who made it and saying how lovely it tasted. This email can not contain the words I want to express, so a thank you from the bottom of my heart will hopefully do.
