I specialise in bespoke wedding cakes so would be happy to discuss designs to suit your own ideas or wedding theme or colour scheme. Most designs and colours are available for those following Halaal diets and if you require further dietary requirements such as egg free cakes I would be more than happy to assist you wherever possible.
For Asian weddings where desserts are served as well as cake, I suggest that you cater for 3/4 of the number of guests where one dessert is offered, and 1/2 the number of guests where 2 dessert choices are offered.

For events where the number of guests is larger than the portion size for a stacked and tiered wedding cake, for example guests number 300 and the 3 tier wedding cake serves approx 120 portions, then I make you the same high quality cake in large squares to be stored and cut in the kitchen of your event. Each additional cake serves 50 to 60 portions. This means that you choose the style of cake you really like, but are not limited to the number of portions of the design. It is also economical as the extra cakes are around £50 each for a 12" sponge cake.
